Received March 1, 10.15 p.m. VIENNA. March 1. Baron von Aehrenhal, Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, has returned to Vienna. He informed his colleagues that his visit to Berlin was completely satisfactory. Baron von Aehrenthal also gained the impression that relations between Germany and Britain and Germany and France had become much more amicable.
