TWENTY MEN DROWNED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. February 21. 12.25 a.m. LONDON, February 21. The Italian-owned steamer Fsciampa, bound from Chili for Queenstown (Ireland), laden with nitrate, was wrecked at Clonakildy Bay, in County , Cork, Ireland. The crew, numbering twenty, were drowned.
