WEDDING.
DUFFY-MASON. At Ki ox Church yesterday morning, the wedding was celebrated between Miss Nellie Marion Mason, eldest daughter of Mr H. S. Mason, of "Glenhazard," Gladstone, and Mr Esmond Wilfrid Duffy, youngest son of Mrs Duffy, of Albert Street, Masterton. The brjde, who was 1 given away by her father, was attjred in a white embroidered muslin robe made Empire style, and wore the usual veil and orange blossoms. Misses Kate Isabel lvlasoi;, Jean Masnn, and Doris Mason, sisters of the bride, were bridesmaids, the two former wearing white embroidered muslin dresses with green hats trimmed with
pink carried shower bouquets, while ihe latter was attired in
white silk with a blue hat and crook. Mr Errol Duffy, brother of the bridegroom was best man. Alter the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. L. Thompson, of Carterton, a reception was held in the Arcadia Tea Rooms, at which there was a large attendance of friends and relatives. Mr and Mrs Duffy left by the express for the North, the bride's travelling: dress being a brown tailormade costume with a champagne hat to match.
