Acceptances for all races on first day of meeting, and entries for Maiden and Scurry close with the secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16th, 1910. Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared ahout 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights, if handicapped under 8.10), to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional race 6'd extra. If handicapped at 8.10 or over to cany only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weio-hts to carry 10lb penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211b penalty* Telegraph office doses at 8 p.m. E. J.
