LORD KITCHENER'S VISIT.

By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, February 15. A special district order has been issued in connection with the visit of Lord Kitchener in this city, providing for a parade of the garrison ou the evening of his arrival. The Highland Rifles and the Garrison Band will form the guard of honour, and the Canterbury Yeomanry and Cavalry will furnish the escort. Arrangements for the review of the School Cadets by Lord Kitchener on the 22nd, which are in hand. The South Canterbury contingent will arrive by Saturday evening's express, and go into camp the same night. The Cadets from Ashburton, North Canterbury and from the city and suburban schools go into camp on Monday next.
