The steamer General Chanzy r a mail boat belonging to the Campagni Generale Trans-Atlantique, and running between Marseilles and Algiersy foundered on the north coast of Minorca. Eighty-seven passengers and a crew of 47 were aboard, chiefly French and Italians. There is only one survivor, a man named Morel. The Customs' officials are unable to give an account of tbe disaster.
