THE "BROWN" DOG.
COUNU'L'S PATIENCE EXHAUSTED. LONDON, February 11. The Rattersea Council has decided to return to the donors the "Brown Dog" anti-vivi-section statue, after its having been watched night and day for several years. The statue was erected by the anti-vivisectionists, and was the cause of many disturbances. Attempts were made to damage the structure, and, as stated, the council had to maintain a constant watch at great expense.
