DEATH FROM STRYCHNINE.
COLONEL SWOPE'S CASE. Received February 11, 8.40 a.m. NEW YORK, February 10. In the slander case arising out of the death of Colonel Thomas Swope, the New York jury found that Swope died from strychnine contained in a capsule prescribed by Dr. Hyde, but whether with a felonious intent the jury was unable to say.
