WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association, i WELLINGTON, February 10. The Rev. D. C Bates this evening issues the following weather forecast and summary:—Fine weather has prevailed, but a smart westerly storm area passed in the extreme South during Wednesday night, and rain squalls were also experienced further North. Moderate westerly winds now prevail in the North Island, and moderate to strong southerly in the South Island. Present indications are for tine weather generally with light and variable winds.
