Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races: The winner of juiy flat race .after declaration of wtuo-hts if handicapped under 8.10), to carry lblb penalty, and for every additional race 61d extra.
