HARDING—LEONARD.
A pretty wedding was celebrated yesterday afternoon at the residence of Mr E. A. Collier, Wrigley street, Masterton, the bride being Miss Emily L. Leonard, daughter of Mr Leonard, of Nelson, and niece of Mr and Mrs E. A. Collier, and the bridegroom Mr William Harding, second son of Mr F. Harding, of Masterton. The officiating minister was the Rev. A. T. Thompson. The bride, who was giver, away by her uncle, looked charming in a eown of cream delaine, empire style, with lace trimmings, veil and orange blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet of white flowers and maiden hair ferns, with chiffon streamers. She was attended by Miss Molly Collier as bridesmaid, who looked very pretty in a white muslin frock, with elfish bonnet with long streamers,
and carried a basket of flowers. Mr H. Morton was best man. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a gold and blue-enamel bangle, and to the bridesmaid a gold pendant set with pearls. Amongst the numerous and handsome prjsents received was a case of afternoon salver tea-spoons, presented to Mr Harding by the Rangitumau Football Club, for which he has acted as referee. The bride's going away dress was a green tweed coat and skirt, with heliotrope panne velvet hat with green wings. After the'ceremony a large reception was given in a spacious marquee by Mr and Mrs Collier. The hostess was attired in a grey silk voil empire gown, with black hat and purple trimmings. Mr and Mrs W. A. Harding left by motor car for the South. Their future home will be at Lansdown* 5 .
