Flat Races.- The winner of any flat race ,after declaration of v tights, if handicapped under S. 10), to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional race 61d extra. If handicapped at 8.10 or over to cany only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 10lb penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211bpenalty; Telegraph office closes at 8 p.m. E. J.
