WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.
A GREYTOWN CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association.' WELLINGTON, February 8. At the Supreme Court to-day the jury disagreed in ihe case of John Henry Ireaon. charged with breaking and entering and theft at Greytown. A new trial was ordered, the accused meanwhile being admitted to bail. The hearing was commenced of an arson charge against Eberhardt Ferdinand Renner, but was not concluded.
