LABOUR TROUBLES.

A Socialist body, known as the International Industrialists, to-day organised a demonstration to protest against the imprisonment ot Bowling and other strike leaders. Several hnudreds, after being warned by the police, processioned the streets, headed by the red flag, singing revolutionary songs, hooting Mr Wade, anl cheering the imprisoned leaders. When the procession was passing Darlinghurst a posse uf police ! captured the flag, scattered the pro- ! cession, and arrested six of the lea- \ dcrs, whose names are Feldhau?en, Anderson Uonsidine, Riley, Hansen, and Morris, on charges of behaving in an offensive manner in th-3 public streets.
The hearing of the conspiracy charges against Bowiing and the other leaders were resumed. Brennan s still ill, and stayed only a few minutes in court. The Cro-vn case is closed.
