The supply at the local batter tactory is still keeping up well, something like 3,000 gallons still being received daily. The tests run f'-om 3.5 to 4.2, averaging about 3.7. I'rie last grade note received read 90. At the School Committee meeting-, at which Mr D. Kelly presiisd, it was decided to hold annual picnic on the 18th inst., in Mr George Gregory's bush. The picnic will be followed by a social in the evening. One farmer who had what looked like a very promising crop of turnip states that the blight is destroying many of the roots.
