METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, The Rev. D, C. Bates to-night issued the following weather summary and forecast:—A small westerly area of low pressure passed in the South on Sunday, and the weather has been generally warm as humid and cloudy, with misty rain in some parts. The barometer has fallen slightly in the South since noon to-day, and low pressure exists to the westward of New Zealand, and freshening northerly winds are probable gent rally, with warm and hazy weather, increasing cloudiness, electrical disturbances, and showery weather probable shortly.
