THE TURKISH NAVY.

A BUILDING SCHEME ADOPTED. Received February 7, 10.30 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 7. The Turkish Cabinet has adopted Admiral Gamble's scheme to spend 500,000 Turkish pounds annually in eight years for the construction of two battleships, three cruisers and ten destroyers. Most of the ships will be built in Britain. The Sultan has subscribed £IOO,OOO towards the national naval fund.
