CITY OF MONTREAL.
REFORM CANDIDATE ELECTED . MAYOR. Received February 4, 11.15 a.m. OTTAWA, February 3. Mr Guerm, the reform candidate for the Montreal Mayoralty, has been elected by 10,000 majority. Out of twenty-three aldermen mentioned in Mr Justice Cannon's report revealing civic corruption, twentytwo were defeated in the election for the Board of Control.
