WORKS- OF THE DEVIL. .'A sschoolboy, being asked to explain what is meant by "the devil and. all 'his works," said he supposed it meant ,f the .devil and his inside.''' This boy •was,', probably, the first person to *whom it had occurred that the devil •possessed an inside, though millions of sufferers have, no doubt, thought that ■their.own insides were possessed by the devil. .At any rate, when our "works" are out of order, we feel as though his 'black-majesty had taken full charge. Especially is this the case when, as so commonly happens, something goes wrong with the kidneys and liver. Derangement of those vital organs is the cause.of most of the suffering by which humanity is afflicted. Rheumatism, gout, neuralgia, lumbago, backache, sciatica, blood disorders, anaemia, indigestion, (biliousness, jaundice, sick headache, general debility, gravel, stone, and bladder troubles,- to say nothing of ißrightis disease, are all caused by disorder or disease of the kidneys and liver. When we suffer from any of these com.plaints, :it is the primary condition to recovery that tire kidneys and liver must be induced to again efficiently perform •their allotted task of extracting and removing from the system the uric and biliary poisons which are the exciting cause of the trouble. This is the reason that 'Warner's Safe Cure is so eminently successful in the treatment of f!he 'disorders named, and, if you suffer from one or more of them, you cannot do 'better 'than to at once resort to Warner's Safe Cure, simply because the medicine restores the kidneys and iliver to health and activity, and Nature .does the rest. Warner's Safe Cure can be obtained from any chemist or storekeeper, 'both in the original form, and in the cheaper " Concentrated,", non-alcoholic form, each ooirtairang the same numiiber of doses.
Eifervescent Saline, purifying, refreshin", invigorating to all who suffer} from sickness, 'headache, sluggish liver, ete Price, 2/6, H. T. Wood, Chemist and Pharmacist Iby exam,), Masterton *
