The Technical School Board,, in granting permission to the director to attend the Educational Conference in Wellington, expressed extreme reV gret that at so important a conference the Technical Boards were not to be represented. (The conference is to consist of representative teachers and other persons professionally employed in educational activities; the boards will have no representation).
