Birendra Nath Sen Gupta has confessed that a secret society deputed him to murder Sham ul Alam. A new anti-seditious Press Bill will be introduced into the Indian Council on Friday. The evidence in the Lahore case against the editor of an inflammatorv newspaper for publishing seditious articles shows that his papers included a scheme for the Government of India after the British departure. The Maharajah of Napaul was to be king with a council of five. The Ameer of Afghanistan was to be persuaded to join.
