HEAVY PENALTIES FOR SMUGGLING.
Received January 20, 8.40 a.m. BERLIN, January 19. Dahlsen, an engineer, was fined £l2O at Munich, and ordered to pay £3,550 compensation to the State, for smuggling Italian-made automobiles across the Bavarian frontier.
