A CANADIAN BILL. TO ENSURE GOVERNMENT CONTROL. Received January 19, 10.5 a.m. OTTAWA, January 18 v " Following the visit of thd Canadian Postmaser-General to England, a Bill '*■ has been announced in Ottawa to ' control the Ocean cable companies. The rates and facilities of all such companies landing in Canada are proposed by the Bill to be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Board of Rail* way Commissioner.
