CAPE CECIL FIRE.
By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTOHURUti, January 18. The jury in the inquest on the fire at the Cafe Cecil Buildings, found that a deliberate attempt to burn down the building had been made by some persons unknown. It also commended the prompt action of Miss Mearns in giving the brigade the alarm.
