KITCHENER'S TOUR.
ARRIVAL IN MELBOURNE.
I United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph I Copyright. Received January 11, 10 p.m. MELBOURNE, January 11. Fifteen thousand persons awaited Lord Kitchener's arrival here. He was accorded an enthusiastic reception. Mr Deakin, the .Federal Ministers, and Sir Greorge Reid welcomed Lord Kitchener on behalf of the Commonwealth. A guard of honour escorted Lord Kitchener to the Federal Government House, the route being crowded. There was much cheering.
