NEW YORK MANUFACTURERS INDICTED. Received January 10, 11.15 a.m, NEW YORK, January 9. The Federal Grand Jury of New York has returned indictments against 150 members of the Paper board Manufacturers' Association for forming a combination to restrict trade.
