The articles of incorporate i not only mop up everything in the flying world witl.in sight, but the past and future as well, and, appaiently, ignore the lact that while the Wrights were still engaged in repaizing bicycle? at Dayton. 'ihe company which has been formed to 'take over the patents of the Wrightf, and to prosecute all infringements, claims as one of its assets even the principle cf the pi are and the control of the equilibrium of the machine, it' this contention is upheld by the Supreme Court, the company will have the monopoly of the air. Wilbur Wright will be president of the ntw company, and his brother, Orvi'ie, v'ce-presi-dent.
