By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 5. The Auckland Lawn Tennis Tournament was continued to-day. The Men's Singles Championship was finished J. C. Peacock beating H. R. Brown, after a good struggle, 6—l, 3—6, 4—6, 6—2, 6—3. Misses Powdrell and Gray won the Ladies' Double Championship in straight sets from Misses Nunneley and Braithwaite, 6—2, 9—7. In the semi-final of the Combined Championship Miss Nunnelly and Wilding beat Miss R. Wellwood and H. Brown, 6—o, 6—2, and Miss Williams and Blair beat Miss Braith» waite and Peacock 6—4, 10—8. The final of the Ladies' Handicap Singles.was won by Miss William?, who beat Miss Batham, 6—4, 6—4. The fi :nal of the Men's Handicap Doubles was won by Grigson and Alan Brown. The final «f the Ladies' Handicap Doubles by Misses Gorrie and Neill.
