"Weights for all races on firs*-, day of meeting will be declared on Friday, February lltb, 1910. Acce7)tances for all races on first day cf meeting, aad entries for Maiden and Scurry close with the secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on Wednesday; February 16th. 1910. Weights for all races on second day of meeting will, be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day'a races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's racps. PENALTIES. Flat Races: The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under 8.10), to carry 101b cenalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at 8.10 or over to cany only half the above penalties.
