The leading position held by the company is shown not merely by thoir having received the large number of eighty-six awards at the principal International Exhibitions during the past half century, but especially by the unique fact that five of these are Grand Prix gained in the greatest candle-pro-ducing countries of the European continent —namely, in Antwerp in 1894, Amsterdam in 1890, Brussels in 1897, and Paris in 1899 and 1900.
