A DOMESTIC TRAGEDY.
Received December 20, 10,30 p.ni, " SYDNEY, December 20. A man named Donaldson, a set:ler near Inverell, (?ot into debt wagering over some boxing contests. He attempted to shoot his family, who lived at his son's farm. A daughter was not seriously injured, and Don ■ aldson missed his wife. His son got a gun and exchanged shots with him. The latter ran away, and was later found dead, shot twice in the back. The son has been arrested.
