NICARAGUA TROUBLE.
UNITED STATES,CRUISER ORDERED TO CORINTO. Received December 20, 9 a.m. LONDON, December 19. The United States cruiser Buffa'o, 6,888 tons has been ordered to Corinto, the chief seaport of Nicaragua on the Pacific.' The commander of the United States cruiser Des Moines has notified the Nicaraguans that no fighting will be permitted at Bluefielis owing to the danger to American lives and property. ,
