CHRISTMAS PREPARATIONS AT HENDERSON'S.
There is probably no other line of business in the Dominion that the public are better., catered for than that of jewellery. Wonderful strides have been made in the manufacture of jewellery, and the thousand and one useful and ornamental articles to be seen in a modern jewellery store of repute is simply amazing. A business that has kept abreast of the times in the matter of keeping up-to-date stocks is that of Mr A. Henderson, watchmaker, jeweller, and optician. For months past the proprietor has been, busily engaged in making preparations for the busy season, and the result is a display that is apparent to the most fastidious observer. The long experience Mr Henderson has had enables him to buy in the best markets, and from the best manufacturers. Home buyers have a standing order to forward the most seasonable goods, and that this has been done is borne out by the extensive arrav of lines on view. On the leader page of this issue Mr Henderson sets out an attractive price list of useful presents for ladies and gentlemen. Particular attention is paid to the wide selection of watches all of which are quoted at reasonable prices, and are guaranteed to give ' satisfaction. A specialty is made of boys' gunmetal watches, and the latest silver bowls and enamel bows to carry ladies' watches and other lines too numerous to mention.
