REFUSES TO SEE HIS DAUGHTERS. Received December 16, 9.5 a.m. BRUSSELS, December 15. In reply to telegrams from bis daughters, the Princesses Louise and Stephanie, King Leopold refused to see them. . Cardinal Mercier made an unavailing personal appeal. 1 . Despite the King's refusal, Princess Stephanie has arrived in Brussels. King Leopold passed a fair night.
