SHORTAGE IN CROP.
United Press Association—Eloctrio Telegraph Copyright. Received December 13, 8.55 a.m. MEW YORK, December 12. Reuter's Agency reports wild scenes on the Cotton Exchange. New York, when the Agricultural Bureau report announced that the crop was 200,000 bales below expectations. Prices rose 45 points. The New Orleans Exchange was equally excited.
