Mr Richard MP. for the Exchange Division of Liverpool, who is relinquishing the Attorney-Gen-eralship for Ireland in order to succeed Lord Fitzgibbon as a Lord Jus tice of Appeal for Ireland, in thanking his cot stituents for their past support, said Ireland would never be loyal to the Empire until she was placed in complete control of her internal affairs.
