The new 15-hcrae power gas engine and more powerful dynamo lhat has been installed in the Fore-ters' Hall wps usfd for the firit time en Saturday evening The new power cer tainly adds to the lighting of the picturrs, which .«how up with still greater brilliiii ce. The programme was one full i f i terest. "Winter Sports in Savoy," which should ap peal to all lovers of athletics, also ghes a view of some beautiful scenery. "The Pontine Marches" is also a beautiful Fcenic film. Lovers of the luscious banana are shown how this fruit is grown, and the full working of the plantations from cutting till the fruit reaches the consumer. Another fine film is "Scenes on the River Panuco." The dramatic subjects are well up 10 Messrs Thompson and Payne's high standard. "The Vagabond," "The Blue Lenend." and "Lady Lucy of Lammermoor," being perhaps the best, i'he usual butch of comes are included, and great merriment was nroduced by "Polka 011 the Brain," "Mr Absent Minded.'' auda "Moonlight Dream." This merriment increased to screams of laughter when "Women Chaffeurs" was shown. Thera will be another complete change next Wednesday evening.
