THE RECENT EXECUTIONS. TROUBLE AHEAD. Received December 2, 9.30 p.m. NttW YORK, December 2. In handing the Nicaraguan Charge d' Affaires at Washington his passports, Mr P. C. Knox, United States Secretary of State, said that the authors of the recent executions of two Americans would be held personally responsible and Nicaragua would be compelled to observe the principles of the Washington Conference in the interests of peace and harmony. The transports Prairie and Phila delphia are leaving to-day, and convey 1,000 marines to Panama.
