It may not be generally Known that the greatest candlemaking establishment in the world is in England. It is that of Price's Patent Candle Company, Ltd. with two other large fact >ries, one at Battersea on the Thames, and the other on the Mersey, Birkenhead, covering together thirty acres, and giving employment to about 2,200 people.
