Reuter's correspondent here reports that Britain and Germany recently considered various .questions concerning the frontiers between British Uganda and German East Africa, and between those colonies and the Congo. Considerable anxiety is now manifested in certain quarters in Berlin owing to the alleged becret agreemeit. whereby it,is ireported that Brii.un receives the Opotoro district in exchange for certain other territory. Several newspapers summon Herr Dernburg (Secretary for the German co'lonies) to state the facts.
