By Telegraph —Press Association.. WELLINGTON, November 26. The following is Rev.. D. C. Bales' summary and'forecast—High pressure has prevailed and the weather has been fine except about East Cape, where rain has fallen and a south east gale sprung up this afternoon.. Moderate to strong south-easterly winds have prevailed over the North Island, and easterly elsewhere. The; present indications are. for a falling barometer everywhere with freshening easterlies Soon over the North Island, and northerns elsewhere.. The weather will probably continue fair in most parts, but with increasing haziness and cloudiness for more unsettled weather due- first in the extreme North and South, a'ften- a&nufe 36 hours.
