The authorities at Washington are •dissatisfied with the explanation ..given by Nicaragua as to the shooting ■of the two American subjects. The American Vice-Consul at Managua declares that the execution of the men was due to President 'Zwlava's personal enmity againHt one S (he executed men. The cruiser Tacoma has been ordered from Cuba to Cristobal, where it will be available if necessaiy for the transport of marine*. The gunboat Marietta has been ■sent to Port Lemon.
