METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Pres3 Association. WELLINGTON, November 16. Kev. D. C Bates' summary and forecast is as follows:—The weather has been warm and humid, and inclined to drizzle. The winds have been light and variable, though northerlies have prevailed. The baro meter has been unsteady, though little change has really taken place. The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, and continuance of moist and warm weather with rain in many parts, and freshening northerly winds, especially in the Southern districts.
Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall on the Upper Plain for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. yesterday waß 7 points.
