Weights for all races on First Day of Meeting will be declared on Friday, 19th November, 1909. - Acceptances for all races on First Day of Meeting, and Entrance for Maiden and Scurry, close with the Secretary, Woodviile, at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 25th November, 1909. Weights for all races on Second Day of Meeting wiU be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the First Day's KactiS. Acceptances tor Second Day's Eaces close with the Secretary at the Club's Rooms, Woodviile, at 9.30 on the evening of the First Day's Eaces. PENALTIES. Flat Races—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b), to carry lOlbs penalty, a-d for every additional'race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 10lb or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
