REIFOKCEMENTS ARRIVE.
Received November 12, 8.45 a.m. TEHERAN, November 11. Reinforcements have arrived at Ardebil, in Northern Persia, which was captured by rebel tribesmen under Ralchim Khan. The Russian residents and other foreigners are reassured.
