Fine weather was experienced for the second day of the A. and P. Show. For merinos, fine combing, K. D. McLean was awarded champioa for ewe under 16 and above 28 month?, and in strong combing James Stevenson secured the champion ram above 16 and under 28 months. Edwin Killand was awarded the championship in English Leicester rams and ewes. In Border Leicestfers Wm. Grant was awarded the championship in rams and Thomas Lyttle in ewes. In Lincolns the New Zealand and Australian Land Company exhibited she champion ram and ewe. E. Short was awarded the champion ram and ewe in Romney Marsh; tba Canterbury Agricultural College the championship in Southdown ram. G. E. Rhodes secured the Soutbdown Cup and championship in ewes, Leon; ard White the championship/ in Shropshire rams and ewes. In Corriedaks. Stringfellow showed th 3 champion ram and ewe; in halfbreds Sir Geo. Clifford was awarded the championship for rarr and ewe. In cattle the champions were awarded as follow?:—Shorthorn bull and cow, Arthur Chamberlain; Jerseys, bull and cow, H. E. 1 8. Watson; Ayrshires, bull and cow, John Parlani.
