Weights for all races on Second Day of Meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the First Day's Races. Acceptances tor Second Day's Eaces close with the Secretary at the Club's Rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the First Day's Races. PENALTIES. Flat Races—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b), to carry lOlbs penalty, a-)d for every additionafrace 61b extra.
