Mr J. R. Nicol reports having held a successful sale at Gladstone yesterday on account of Mr J. S. Constable. Prices realised were as follow. — Ewes with 78 per cent, lamb 3 at foot. 14s 3d; dairy cows, £4 to £8 ss; yearling bull, £2 10s; harness gelding, £ls; oats, 2s per bushel; chaff. 40s per ton; bacon, 7d per lb; and general farm sundries at satisfactory sale rates.
