ATRIAL OF KIEL OFFICIALS.
OFFICER COMMITS SUICIDE.
Received November 7, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, November 6.
Lieut -Commander Hasse, who was involved in the Kit I scandals, has committed suicide. The evidence of Kiel officials affirm the unbusinesslike methods adopted at. the yards, showing a lack of control in £old material handled. Officials declara that the aim of the establishment was not to conduct it as a successful business concern, but to have everything efficient and in readiness for instant war.
