By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Novebmer 4. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' summary £and forecast :~A slight redistribution of pressure has taken place, the barometer having risen slowly in the North and fallen slowly in the South. The winds have fresh* ened in parts '[southerly, northward of East Cape and New Plymouth, and westerly elsewhere. The weather has been generally fair and warm, but rain has fallen about the East Cape. Hie present indications are for moderata to strong southerly winds generally, fair weather in the North, and changeable in the South, with showers probable in the western and southern districts.
